What we do
The Eildons Group is an executive management and consulting firm for cemeteries and funeral homes, built on the belief that even the most tradition-bound industry has room for creative, visionary solutions. We offer comprehensive expertise in operations, sales, marketing, HR, public relations, and cemetery entitlements and licensing. Founded in 2019 by CEO Andy Martinez, the firm also provides exclusive concierge services for high-net-worth families planning private family burial estates and operates a family of subsidiaries built to serve every stage of the deathcare business.

The Eildons Group’s concierge and consulting work extends to a select roster of prominent families and estates, and other projects across the country, engaged under the same discretion we bring to every family we serve. Given the confidential nature of high-net-worth estate planning, these engagements are shared only with the families’ consent.
• Vice President, Hollywood Forever Cemetery and Funeral Home (1998–2005) — grew annual revenue roughly tenfold; launched the Day of the Dead celebration and a live concert series (both since grown into major recurring revenue drivers)
• Vice President, Fernwood Cemetery and Funeral Home — the flagship natural burial property in the U.S., under Hollywood Forever’s ownership
• Consultant, Golden Hill Memorial Park & Funeral Home (2018–2025) — the only Chinese family-owned cemetery/funeral combo in the U.S.
• Consultant, Monte Vista Memorial Gardens and Mortuary (Livermore) — the first new public cemetery approved in Alameda County in roughly 100 years, featured in the Bay Area News Group for its innovative approach to modern disposition options and dedicated Jewish section
